Refund policy

Please use our Contact Us page to initiate a refund. Please include your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label including instructions on how to proceed.

 

 

Exchanges/ Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If the candle is proven to be faulty, Fleur Candles may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Candle care cards are provided with all candles. If these instructions are not followed, causing the candle to burn incorrectly, then a refund/replacement will not be issued.

Please follow instructions on our care card to burn your candle correctly.
